Both Manoj and Rianna are experienced entrepreneurs. Scaling Up Coaches, certified ICF coaches, and facilitators of leadership and team transformation.
Manoj Chugani brings experience as a founder, coach, and strategic advisor to fast-scaling companies. With a background in leadership development and systems thinking, he helps CEOs scale themselves and their teams with clarity and confidence.
Rianna Chugani is a strategist, leadership advisor, and coach to founders navigating scale, complexity, and culture change. She brings clarity, context, and vision to scaling leadership performance – especially in complex or high-growth environments.
They are both certified EMyth™, Scaling Up and International Coaching Federation trained coaches.
Together, they are CEO Whisperers and culture catalysts. They are meditators and their work is their spirit’s work.
Manoj brings a boardroom lens and entrepreneurial insight to every client conversation. A Scaling Up Certified Coach he has advised companies across stages of growth, exits, and valuation planning. He combines the calm of a seasoned operator with the sharpness of a trusted advisor.
